Pick your favorite childhood characters and see if you could "diagnose" them with any mental disorder. Like Eeyore, for example, sometimes seems to have chronic depression.
Play a game, or, even better, make one up! Use cards, dice, dominoes, Lite-Brit pegs, bingo balls...
Spy on someone. Yes, it may seem childish, but just peek around corners to see what people are doing. You may get busted, but at least you won't be bored anymore!
Go outside and look around. Even if it's the neighborhood you've lived in your whole life, try going in the woods, and look for old tree-houses or things you had not noticed before. It can be amazingly relaxing to just sit and watch the birds and think about everything, or not think at all.
Try to get a six pack - sit-ups, press-ups and leg raises can all be done in the comfort of your living room.
Exercise! It's good for you. Even if it's only a few jumping-jacks or push-ups. You may not particularly enjoy exercising, but find something you enjoy, such as dancing, yoga, or running.
See how flexible you are. Do somersaults, cartwheels, whatever you can to stretch your body (but don't hurt yourself, please). If you don't know how, learn! it is a good way!
Look up new words in a dictionary, study them, and then try to write them down without making a mistake. With a huge, old, unabridged dictionary, endless possibilities for learning are at hand. Look up "genius." You could be surprised at its original definition! Eventually, other words will keep catching your eye and you won't be able to stop reading definitions.
Think about animals, sports, or anything you like and search it on the web. Here are some fun, random ideas to search: ice cream, toast, glue, tigers and many more.
